Keep in mind — looking at stats alone isn’t enough to make that decision. You should also consider the hero’s widgets and skills. For example, even though Petra has better stats than Hilde, you should still use Hilde for Garrison in Gen 3 since Petra is an attack hero. But for attack rallies, Petra is the better choice.
